Purple Rain had the pleasure of supporting Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council in promoting their Enterprise Week in November 2018 and November 2019 as part of the annual Global Entrepreneurship Week. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the 2020 campaign took the form of an online suite of virtual events.

Purple Rain worked closely with the Council to issue releases and images to the media both in advance and during Enterprise Week. Coverage was achieved in the Belfast Telegraph, News Letter, Irish News, Business Eye, Ulster Business, Portadown Times, Armagh Observer, Banbridge Chronicle, Banbridge Leader, Dromore Leader, County Down Outlook, Ulster Gazette and the Farming Life. There was also live tweeting during all the events under the hashtag #abcew18 and #abcew19. Social media highlights include Lord Sugar retweeting an event when Leah Totton gave a talk on her successful entrepreneur’s journey.

ABC Council’s Enterprise Week was run in partnership with local enterprise agencies CIDO Ltd, Banbridge District Enterprise Ltd, Mayfair Business Centre, Armagh Business Centre and Brownlow Ltd.
